I-Scheme Syllabus of First Semester Updated with MSBTE Curriculum

MSBTE designed a new syllabus scheme for the first year. It's get adopted by MSBTE in the academic year 2017-18.  The new I-Scheme is in collaboration with Industry and National Institute of Technical Teacher's Training and Research (NITTTR), Bhopal. During the academic year for the first semester, the previous Scheme-G altered by Scheme-I. The curriculum structure for subjects also gets changed. The Teaching Scheme get divided into lecture, tutorial and practical, As a result, the major focus is made on outcome-based education.

MSBTE I-Scheme Syllabus Design

The new way of  learning placed in the education system, as per the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). The outcome-based education has given importance to the new syllabus. Each diploma programme in I-Scheme designed with programme educational objectives also known as PEO.

PEO’s defines: What students will continue to do even after 3 to 5 years of working in the industry?

Also each diploma programme in I-Scheme designed with program specific outcomes (PSO).

PSO’s define: What students will be able to do in specific industry soon after diploma?

Hopefully this new syllabus will successfully bridge the gap between college curriculum and industry requirements

The new curriculum of each diploma programme come up with a new subject's addition to existing ones. Some of the programmes with first-semester subjects are as follows:
